Climate Act Stakeholders Rallies

Heritage State Park Visitor Center

221 Appleton Street, Holyoke

 Monday, May 5th from 4pm-5:30pm

The 2024 Climate Act makes major changes to the way that large clean energy infrastructure is sited and permitted in Massachusetts.

The Act requires the Energy Facilities and Siting Board (EFSB) to issue a single consolidated permit for all new state, regional and local  “clean energy infrastructure” facilities.

The new EFSB will hold Climate Act Stakeholder Session #4 from 5:30-8pm at the Visitor Center to talk about the Cumulative Impacts Analysis and Site Suitability Criteria.

Everyone is encouraged to join both rallies and to speak out during the public comment segments of the meeting.

Scroll down for flyers with info about both rallies.
