Legislative Priorities and Actions 2025-26

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

During each session of the Massachusetts legislature, Climate Action Now identifies some proposed legislation as Priority Bills. We commit ourselves to informing ourselves and the public about these bills, lobbying and testifying for them, and seeking to get them approved by the legislature.

We also identify some Endorsed Bills. These are bills that we also strongly recommend, but that we may not be able to devote as many resources to getting them approved.

There are usually any number of additional bills that we would also like to see enacted into law, however, we have found that we are most effective when we have a limited number of priority and endorsed bills.
