On September 8th, we’re joining the People’s Climate Movement and partners from around the world, in bringing tens of thousands of people from across the country into the streetsto show our elected leaders that we demand action. Join our action in Boston!
The crisis is simple: an increasingly severe threat from climate change, an economy run by the 1%, families being separated by deportation, and a government that is beholden to corporate interest.
We need clear, decisive action and a bold vision for the future.Climate Action Now will be working with local climate, immigration, faith, and racial justice groups on September 8th in Massachusetts to strengthen relationships across our movements, build collective power, and demand accountability and action on climate change and immigrant rights.
We need a future where everyone can not just survive, but thrive. Can we count on your support in Boston on September 8th?
Why September 8?That’s the Saturday before state and local leaders from across the US and around the world are meeting in San Francisco for the Global Climate Action Summit. Every local leader has been invited to make a commitment at the summit — it’s the perfect opportunity for us to push them to take real climate action, now.
We won’t be acting alone. To change everything, it takes everyone.
