The 2020 election left the Senate with 48 Democrats to 50 Republicans. Both Senate seats from Georgia will be decided in a Jan. 5th runoff election. That runoff will determine whether Democrats win control of the Senate. With a Democratic Senate majority, we have a much better chance at pushing through major investments in stopping climate change at the national level!
The voter registration deadline for Georgia’s January run-off is De. 7th. Early in-person voting for the runoff starts Dec. 14th and ends Dec. 31st. The final date to vote in this critical Senate runoff is Jan. 5th. So we don’t have much time.
Here you can find some ways to support the effort to get out the vote for the runoff election in Georgia that will decide 2 seats in the senate!
